Do you know what is rice beer?:-

History of  rice beer use in our community:-

In the past ,the mising people have been using  rice beer in festivals and some other rituals.This is one of the assets of mising culture.

Is rice beer good for health or not?:-

Yes, rice beer is good for health.
Keep in mind one thing,if you are sick ,you should not drink it.


What are needed to make rice beer:-

1. Rice
2.Traditionally made yeast
3.Utensils

Complete process of making rice beer at home:-

 You have to have any rice first.As much as you want to make rice beer.After that you washed the rice well.
After washing the rice,do the same as you cook rice.After cooking rice,keep it. After this,you take a big pot so that cooked rice can cool quickly .Now take homemade yeast prepared by you.(* Now you have must be having a question that much yeast should be taken how much rice ? I want to tell you by example- If you take 1 kg of rice to make rice beer, then you have take 100-120 grams of yeast powder made from home.Only then your rice beer will be good.please don't used chemical yeast and i have no idea about chemical yeast and nobody uses chemical yeast in our community.) Mix the yeast well in the cooled cooked rice. After mixing it well,take a (clay/steel/plastic) vessel and put the cooked rice mixed with yeast powder in that vessel.And put a lid inside the air.

If you want to make rice beer on winter days,then this yeast mixed ripe rice (fermented) will have to be kept for 8-10 days.   

And if you want to make rice beer on summer days,then this yeast mixed ripe rice (fermented) will have to kept for 5-6 days.


How to filter the rice beer in the pot now?:-

Before filtering the rice beer,you will have to put some water in it for 4-5 hours. After this process is complete,take a vessel and put a net on it,and now you start filtering,after filtering,once again take out the yeast rice and put it in the pot and add some water with leavened rice pot once again.This means that you have to do it there times.   

If you keep what I said , then this rice beer will be good. And the rice itself keeps the juice from accumulating and do not drink this juice out because this juice contains too much alcohol . It will be prepared like this, your favorite rice beer.
